Short term cover for another social media manager while she was on leave for a prominent nursery school group
WHAT THEY NEEDED
N Family Club needed a temporary social media manager as cover for their existing staff member who was away on leave. They needed someone who could pick up on the strategy and run it smoothly.
The company was in a period of growth as a nationwide nursery school group, with planned openings in new locations.
They had creative brand guidelines in place and a strong social media strategy with some content already planned for the immediate future, but they needed more content created that aligned with the existing strategy.
N Family Club used Sprout Social for approval and scheduling social media content.

WHAT I DID
Creative
Using N Family Club photoshop templates, I created on-brand content for them including carousels for new staff introductions, new location launches, and N Family Club ethos (menus, events, etc)
Scheduling
All copywriting and creative needed to be approved to ensure it followed the brand strategy and was the same tone-of-voice as previous posts. This was submitted in Sprout Social for manager review.
Results
The handover process was smooth and uneventful and content continued to go out that reflected the brand identity and ethos. No-one would have known that the existing social media manager was not there.
