Common questions
Is there a minimum contract length?
I ask for a 3-month minimum, not because I want to lock you in, but because SEO takes a little time to show results. After that, it’s rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Do I have to be based near Ledbury?
Not at all. I work with clients across the UK remotely, mostly in London. Everything is handled online including calls, reports, and communication via email.
Who actually does the work?
Me: Annette. I don’t outsource to juniors or offshore teams. You get direct access and real accountability from day one.
When will I see results?
Most clients see meaningful improvements in GMB visibility within the first 4–6 weeks. Broader ranking progress typically builds from month 3 onwards, compounding over time.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your website (or your developer) and Google Business Profile, Google Analytics & Search Console (if you have them). I handle strategy, content, and execution so you stay focused on running your business.
Can I change package or cancel?
Yes. After the initial 3 months you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel with 30 days’ notice. No penalties, no hard sell.
