futurefactor are PR strategists with offices working with leading brands. They wanted to outsource their social media on Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram.
Essentially futurefactor needed to hand off their social media to a trusted third party because their in-house team was working on so many high profile projects and they needed to save time.
futurefactor had an established reputation and consistent brand identity and tone of voice that needed to be followed on all social media posts.
They also had a well thought through social media strategy and event calendar in place.

WHAT I DID
Copywriting
I wrote the copy for all social media posts following the brand guidelines that had been supplied by the client. Tagging well-known, high profile people and brands increased reach.
Creative
I created graphics in Adobe for the social media posts using the brand colours, fonts and logo and following the guidelines. I also collated graphics and videos, editing when needed, when they were supplied for events.
Team co-ordination
I liaised with the international team on content and upcoming events in the packed schedule.
Results
In just 15 months, futurefactor’s social media reach and engagement saw substantial growth (+544% & +4700% respectively), strengthening their brand visibility in a highly competitive landscape.
